Purchase information
When you purchase a digital product or course through KevStel Direct, transaction and delivery information may be processed through our ecommerce and payment-service providers.
KevStel does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Payment information is handled by payment platforms and processors such as Payhip and Stripe.
Quiz and form information
Vows & Verses™ may offer quizzes or forms designed to provide relationship-education content.
When the Vows & Verses™ quiz is available, the basic on-screen result is designed to be available without requiring a name or email address.
If you voluntarily choose optional email follow-up, that separate choice requires your explicit consent. We may then collect your email address and use a neutral internal result code needed to deliver the appropriate educational follow-up.
We do not require you to provide your partner’s name, detailed relationship history, medical information, therapy records, or safety disclosures in order to receive the basic quiz result.

Our website and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as:

KevStel uses Mailchimp for certain email communications.
Receiving a quiz result, visiting our website, following us on social media, or purchasing a product does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive Vows & Verses™ marketing email.
Where we request marketing consent, the choice will be presented separately and clearly and will require an affirmative action.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our marketing emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending essential transaction, purchase, account-access, security, or customer-service communications when those communications are necessary to provide a service you requested.
4. Vows & Verses™ Quiz Privacy
Vows & Verses™ quizzes are relationship-education tools. They are not therapy, clinical assessments, diagnoses, therapy evaluations, compatibility tests, or predictions about the future of a relationship.
We intentionally minimize the information collected through these quizzes.
We do not intentionally place individual relationship-pattern names or quiz results in public URLs, query parameters, UTM values, ad-audience names, public tracking links, or targeting fields.
If you choose optional email follow-up, a neutral internal result code may be used within our email system to provide the appropriate educational follow-up.
5. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate portions of our business. These may include:
- Payhip — digital storefront, order processing, product delivery, and course access.
- Stripe and other payment processors shown at checkout — payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, and related transaction services.
- Mailchimp — consented email subscription management, email delivery, unsubscribe management, and related email functions.
- Tally — forms and quiz functionality, including processing the responses needed to calculate and route a quiz result.
- Google services — the public KevStel website currently uses a Google tag placed through Site Kit for website measurement and includes YouTube-embedded media on some pages.
- Website hosting and WordPress-related providers — website hosting, security, maintenance, and functionality.
These providers may process information as necessary to perform their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the security of our services.
6. Marketing and Quiz-Result Data
We do not use Vows & Verses™ quiz-result labels as public advertising identifiers.
We do not intentionally publish an individual’s relationship-pattern result or provide it to advertisers as a public targeting label.
Any future advertising use of first-party information, or any material expansion of analytics involving first-party information, must follow our privacy, consent, and data-minimization requirements.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:

- Remembering preferences
- Embedded media
- Understanding website performance and analytics
The public KevStel website currently loads a Google tag through Site Kit. Pages containing embedded YouTube media may also communicate with Google or YouTube when the media is loaded or used. Other third-party platforms used by KevStel may set their own cookies when you interact with their services.
Any material expansion to non-essential tracking should be reviewed together with this policy and any required consent controls before activation.
