Glad We Made It …
Actually, 2020 was a rough year for many people, with the pandemic, health issues , financial issues, relationship issues , deaths etc …but We made it !!! yes we did .
Making it into 2021 signals a lot of things, new beginnings, new resolutions, setting goals and new visions but the most important is thanking God.
Looking back to 2020, there is so much that happened both great and bad. The fact that you made through it all is enough to thank God and be grateful. So many people started 2020 with great hopes, visions, dreams and goals to achieve but never made it. Some passed away, others got diagnosed with terminal illnesses and their entire lifestyles changed, some families were devastated by covid , others had better things come their way more than they prayed for or expected, all this is according to God’s will.
2021 is here with us; through His grace we are alive and healthy. We have to look forward and move on from all the past hard times. Make new resolutions, be bold in our decisions and be grateful for little things. It is important to be visionary and goal oriented keeps you hopeful of a greater tomorrow and better things. Here is a simple way to get started, ask yourself these questions and have answers for them.
- What is your greatest desire for 2021?
- Where would you like to see yourself at the end of the year?
- How will you get there?
- Who are the right people to keep around?
- When would you like to start?
The answers to these simple questions will determine how successful your year will be. Put God first and pray for strength to fulfill your dreams for this year. It is never easy, but if you trust in Him nothing is impossible. If it is your studies you want to complete and graduate that job promotion, have a better relationship with your family, break that addiction or generally be a better person it is all possible. This is a year of possibilities and great things.
So, walk like you have already achieved. Do not be sorry for your past loses; wear that smile like your life depends on it. Be cheerful, thankful and live a day at a time. Some days will be tough oh yes they will and others a bliss. Find a reason to celebrate you every step of the way; it is important to your achievements.
